As they Docked, Vincent stood and stretched his legs. "Captain, with your permission, I would like some shore leave. I need some time to myself, and besides, I have a young Deltan woman waiting for me, if ya know what i mean." <Calvin>

Shore leave had finished and the crew began to return to the ship. Calvin entered the bridge after returning as well. He was in his usual uniform. He sat down and got comfortable. He turned to Vincent and nodded. "Take us out please number one." Calvin asked.

"Aye sir;, helm, take us out, aft thrusters at full. Once we clear dock, take us to one quarter impulse power," Vincent said. He then relaxed in his seat and watched the spacedock slide out of view as they entered the inky blackness of space.

Calvin came out of his ready room a while later, walked over to the conn. "Helm, set course, seven six eight, bearing twelve, warp factor nine point nine and engage." He said first then walked over to the first officer. He sat down. "Starfleet reports that they got some intell about a raid about to go down, and it involves highly dangerous explosives and in the wrong hands, can cause catastopic reprecautions for years to come. We're ordered to check it out. Starfleet believes the Ferengi are possibly involved." Calvin explained. "Aye sir, course and speed set, engaging." The helmsman replied. <Vincent>

"The Ferengi? This is rather bold for them," said Vincent as the ship took off. "I wouldn't think them brave enough."

"The Ferengi are only there for one reason, profit." Calvin replied as he looked at Vincent. "They could care less about the rest of the deal. They'd sell their whole family if it meant becoming wealthy." He added.

She'd been wandering for awhile, humming under her breath. She found herself on the Bridge, observing the other officers with curiosity as she took a spare seat at an aft station. Ferengi politics were bothersome, she realized. "Treat people in your debt like family ... exploit them," she murmured as she looked about.

"Well, at any rate, i would advise caution. I have found that when there profits are threatened, the Ferengi can be vicious," Vincent said, as he turned to head to the lounge for some dinner. No one saw the dark look in his eyes as he stepped onto the turbolift:if they did, they would be frightened.

"Never Trust a Ferengi, They're as crooked as crooked gets." Calvin replied. "And I agree with you on their profits." He added. "I'll see you later number one." Calvin said as Vincent got up.

As he stepped onto the turbolift, a pretty, young ensign got on just before the doors shut. Vincent eyed her a bit before she turned around and, startled, said, "Oh, I'm sorry, i didn't see you there, sir." He said it was quite all right, then got off at the lounge.
